 Kevin Milford has been in the flooring business for almost ten years in the Mt. Washington Valley. He has worked on flooring projects of all sizes and types including new residential construction, renovations and large commercial projects. Prior to arriving in the Valley, he was involved in real estate sales, renovation and management of investment properties for his company, Berkshire Properties.
Karen Milford has served various roles in the Mt. Washington Valley since her arrival here 10 years ago. She is a licensed CPA, and prior to the Milford’s purchase of Milford Flooring, she was the CFO and Vice President of Professional Services for the Echo Group in Conway, NH. She also serves on the Board of the Mt. Washington Valley Economic Council and was honored as the Board Member of the Year in 2008. Karen enjoys music serving as a cantor and Choir Director at Our Lady of the Mountains Church in North Conway, NH.
Kevin and Karen both graduated with business degrees from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and have lived in the Mt. Washington Valley for over 10 years. They have two children in the Conway School System and have been coaches for the Cal Ripken baseball league. They currently enjoy attending their children’s games at Kennett Middle School and High School and enjoy hiking and golf. |
