Vinyl flooring

Vinyl and Marmoleum have come a long way! While the reliable standard of sheet vinyl is still a popular and affordable choice, vinyl has been expanded to be sold in tiles and planks, to be offered in flooring that can be loose layed, and in various shapes and sizes.

The fastest growing flooring segment is luxury vinyl plank and luxury vinyl tiles – rather than the flooring coming in a 6′ or 12′ sheet, it comes in individual planks or individual tiles…the grout lines are even vinyl!  With the development of imaging technology in flooring, it’s amazing how difficult it is to tell the difference between luxury vinyl plank and a solid hardwood floor, or luxury vinyl tile with natural stone or even porcelain tile.  To top it all off, luxury vinyl is much more scratch resistant, much better with moisture and looks great!

Vinyl is also often used in areas where customers want the look of hardwood, but may have moisture issues that would affect hardwood or laminate flooring.

In addition, the Marmoleum product is the environmentally friendly choice – made from only  natural materials – wood flour, linseed oil, jute, rosins and natural pigments.  It has no VOC’s and offered in a unique and bright color palettes – it will please many discerning shoppers.
