- Extensive selection in showroom – Our convenient location and wide selection ensures that the customer can find flooring that they are really excited about.
- Project management – We work closely with the contractor to discuss scope of work, coordination with other trades, and schedule so that there are no surprises.
- On budget, – On schedule – When we provide an estimate, we do the work for that amount – there are not a lot of add-ons after a project has begun. In addition, we spend a significant amount of time planning the project so that the installer knows what needs to be done, making sure the product and supplies are in stock, and the contractor and customer’s timelines are met.
- Professionalism – Many customers have provided feedback that Milford Flooring is a very professional organization. Contractors are comfortable referring their customers to us and knowing that their experience with Milford Flooring is a positive one.
- Communication – We communicate with the contractor regularly regarding their customers needs, any issues that come up and project status. We make sure that our staff are very accessible to the contractor to address any questions they have.
