Milford Flooring works with valley homeowners both on new construction and renovation projects. Whether it be installing a tile shower, extending wood flooring to an addition, or replacing carpet, Milford Flooring will work with you to determine the best type of flooring for your project, give you a wide variety of style and color options, and then will install the flooring using our experienced installers.
Other key services offered to homeowners include: 
- Free home measurement and analysis – It’s very important to go to your home to look at the jobsite before providing an estimate, scope of work, or ordering flooring. By looking at the existing flooring, subfloor, access issues and room sizes, we gain a greater understanding of the project and what’s necessary to ensure an accurate quote and a successful installation.
- DYI installations – A number of our customers have contractors or installers that they like to use with their projects, or are talented enough to install the flooring themselves. We will work with you and your contractor to supply both the flooring and installation supplies you need for your project.
- Design services – Some customers request more in depth assistance in making their flooring selections – we are happy to go to the customer’s home to look at your potential project, and are happy to provide suggestions on flooring types, styles, tile layout and colors. We can also order samples so that you can coordinate your selections with other components of your project including countertops, cabinets, paint colors, etc.
- Follow up – Once your flooring has been installed, we will follow up with you to make sure that you are happy with the final result. We try to answer any questions you may have, and will provide you care instructions for the flooring you have had installed. All of our installations are warrantied meaning that if you have any concerns or issues after your installation, we will work with the installers to address them for you.
