Our new floor is gorgeous! We particularly like the fireplace detail – thank you, Kevin, for good advice in this area and Gary and Dan for fine work.
We have appreciated Milford Flooring guidance and attention to detail throughout our process from decision making to installation. We felt our concerns have been addressed with expertise, honesty, courtesy, patience and promptness.
A few highlights:
- adherence to scheduled timelines (estimate, wood delivery, installation)
- installation work – attention to detail. Careful planning of wood pieces. A darker piece put at edge. Beautiful layout and transitions to other flooring. Greatly appreciate 2 colors of caulking. Nail holes filled. Wire holes concealed. We are glad we went with professionals for installation.
- final bill actually lower than estimate! Generally, we are not fond of surprises in contracted work, but this was an exception.
- ongoing communication with customer. Everyone’s willingness to assist at every step. Karen’s follow-up message at project completion.
